101 Beer Kitchen, Dublin, Ohio
The Dublin location was the first of the 101 Beer Kitchen locations making its entrance to the Columbus food scene October 1st, 2012 as the first gastropub in Central Ohio. At the front of the craft beer boom, there were limited local brewery options and even more limited options with the combination of chef-driven food paired & high quality craft beverages.
General Manager Tod Spinosi and Executive Chef Chris Hamilton lead the Dublin store alongside a dedicated team committed to offering guests a comfortable and delicious experience each and every time. The team still has many original and long-time team members who guests enjoy seeing each time they dine.
Dublin hosts beer dinners 6 times per year with various themes and breweries featured. Events are well-attended and give Chef Chris an opportunity to stretch his culinary legs and show his personal chef style.
