Fishers Re-Opening Phase 1

We are thrilled to be opening our doors to you after 8 long weeks! Dine-in will be available for Reservations Only available through our website to prevent queuing or crowding.

We have updated our processes to create a safe environment for both Guests & 101 Team Members so that we can be back together enjoying food & beverages again. 

Here is what you can expect from your 101 Service Experience.

1.     Entry & Seating

Reservations are required and will be for 90 minutes, Guests will be texted when their table is ready, one-way entry through front door, Host behind plexi-glass barrier will check Guests in and take menu request (digital or disposable paper), Team Member will guide you to your table.

2.     Table Set-up

Silverware rolls, glassware, new disposable draft list, centerpiece & cold growler of water; salt & pepper have been removed as well as the Bar Books (alcohol listed digitally or on disposable menu)

3.     Server Greet

Server will greet Guest from a distance, with mask & guide Guest to review our updated procedures.

4.     Ordering

Server will receive order while keeping maximum distance, or written down if the Guest prefers. Server will ring order on a terminal dedicated to them during their shift. No computer or phone sharing is permitted.

5.     Food & Beverage Service

Service Bartender makes drinks in mask & gloved hands. No serving, no bussing, no Guest contact. Dedicated Server ONLY will run their own table’s food and drink with gloved hands.

6.     Bussing / Sanitizing

Busser ONLY will bus dirty dishes. Guest should move any dirty items to the table’s edge & Busser will retrieve. Servers may not bus dirty dishes; they are serving clean dishes exclusively. Busser will glove change and sanitize table and chairs after a table has been fully cleared.

7.    Table Reset

Server will do the clean reset of the table after the sanitized table has dried completely.

8. Exiting the Building

Guests will exit through the side door marked Exit Only minding social distancing while walking through the restaurant.

Additional information:

Curbside carry-out will continue; no delivery drivers or Guests arriving to pick-up orders will be permitted entry into the building.
