Chef James’ favorite 101 dish is the Housemade Shrimp & Grits, he loves the rustic style & robust flavor profile. When James isn’t running the kitchen in Gahanna he enjoys photography, being at the gym and spending time outdoors. Fun fact, James has never lived in 1 place more than 5 years…let’s do our best to make Columbus the exception!

When asked his favorite 101 dish he didn’t want to pick because it’s like choosing a favorite child, after some pressure he decided on the Tuna Avocado Toast. In his free time he enjoys thrifting for vinyl records, cooking for his family, and our favorite – trying to catch his cats at the perfect moment to make the best cat video on YouTube! We’ll be watching for his viral video.
